5. Refund Policy
At Sovertise Private Limited, all payments for digital marketing, SEO, website development, and other services are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our work.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Once work has begun on any campaign, SEO strategy, or web development project, no refunds will be issued.
- Ad budgets spent on platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads are non-refundable, as these payments go directly to third-party platforms.
- Subscription-based services must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic charges.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered only if:
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our fault.
- A project is canceled before work begins—in this case, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative fees.
Cancellation Requests:
Clients must email [email protected] at least 7 days before their next billing cycle for cancellations. Refund requests based on ad performance, market conditions, or client-side delays will not be entertained.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
✅ Provide all necessary assets (logos, ad copies, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
✅ Grant us access to required platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, website, etc.).
✅ Not violate ad platform policies or use misleading content.
✅ Not hold us liable for ad rejections, policy violations, or third-party platform bans.
Failure to comply may result in termination of services without a refund.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All marketing strategies, ad copies, and content created by Sovertise Private Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- We maintain strict confidentiality and will not share your business data without permission.
- You may not resell, distribute, or modify our marketing materials without prior consent.
8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results such as:
- A fixed number of leads, sales, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for losses due to third-party service failures (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.).
- We are not responsible for ad account suspensions, policy violations, or bans imposed by advertising platforms.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- A client violates our Terms & Conditions or engages in unethical behavior.
- Payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
- The client engages in fraud, illegal activities, or policy violations.
Clients may cancel services at any time but are not entitled to refunds for completed work.
11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We use third-party tools like:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Website Hosting & CMS Platforms
By using our services, you agree to abide by their respective Terms of Use.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell client data but may use it for:
